Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Patient Volume: 16–18 patients/day
Patient Mix: 50% Pediatric / 50% Adult (must see all ages)
Requirements:
- CA License
- BLS Certification
- Active DEA prior to start
- Minimum 3-month commitment
