ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you dependable, organized, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people?

Our growing Nesconset insurance office is looking for a Customer Relations Representative to help us deliver an excellent experience to our customers and support our growing book of business.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, follows through, and wants to become an important part of a team. Previous insurance experience is not required We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities to develop your skills and grow within our agency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist customers with questions regarding their insurance policies
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer requests
• Help customers understand coverage and policy information
• Process policy-related requests and follow up to ensure completion
• Identify opportunities to better meet customers' insurance needs
• Build strong relationships with existing customers
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Work closely with our sales and service teams
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Customer service experience is preferred, but insurance experience is not required . Candidates from banking, hospitality, medical offices, retail, automotive, property management, administrative roles, and other customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply.

Relevant insurance licensing will be required for the position.
