Reservation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Process reservations accurately and in a timely manner using our reservation system.
- Provide personalized assistance to guests by offering recommendations and answering inquiries about services, availability, and pricing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all client requests and preferences are met.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Follow up with guests to confirm reservations and provide necessary documentation.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to reservations.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and offerings to provide accurate information to guests.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize reservation processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Always uphold the company's standards of professionalism and customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in reservations or bookings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using reservation software or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
