Job Description

The Refreshments Marketing Specialist supports the Aramark Refreshments Marketing Team by developing brand assets, tools, and communications that drive field execution, client engagement, and profitable growth.

Focused on workplace refreshment solutions, including office coffee, vending, micro markets, pantry, and water solutions, the role helps execute marketing strategies, promotions, product activations, and communications that build awareness, increase program adoption, and generate demand.

The position is based at Aramark Headquarters in Philadelphia.


Job Responsibilities

Strategic Tool Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain field-facing tools and resources that support Refreshments' growth initiatives, including simplified educational materials and video content that enable field teams to activate programs consistently and drive business results.

Project Management: Coordinate Refreshments marketing projects across internal teams and partners, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications remain aligned.

Program Support: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing programs, promotions, and product activations by providing coordination, data summarization, performance tracking, and foundational analysis.

Training & Enablement: Communicate programs, promotions, and marketing tools and support field training to ensure consistent, successful implementation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Refreshments Operations, Sales, Marketing, corporate teams and supplier partners to deliver programs that support client needs and business priorities.

Field Partnership: Collaborate with field operations and sales teams to gather client, consumer, and operator insights that inform future strategy, program development, and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• Proficient in using AI tools such as Claude and Synthesia to support content creation and training videos
• Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Travel 30%
