Job Title: Marketing & Communications Project Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing & Communications Project Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. Located in Philadelphia, PA, this Hybrid temporary opportunity offers the chance to help manage digital communication efforts, support online platforms, and maintain critical operational workflows. The position works closely with cross functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track while supporting ongoing enhancements and strategic priorities. Success in this role requires strong project coordination skills, digital communications experience, and the ability to balance multiple initiatives in a collaborative environment.
Compensation:
$33.00 - $40.00/hour depending on experience
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing & Communications Project Specialist:
Support daily digital operations and prioritize activities that help ensure continuity across ongoing projects and business initiatives.
Coordinate updates, enhancements, and maintenance efforts for web based platforms while monitoring progress and resolving operational issues.
Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved.
Oversee project workflows, manage work intake processes, and maintain visibility into priorities through project tracking and ticket management tools.
Deliver support for digital communications initiatives, user experience improvements, and related business programs while ensuring quality and consistency.
Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing & Communications Project Specialist:
Bachelor’s degree required, along with at least five years of experience in project management, digital communications, web operations, or a related discipline.
Experience working with content management platforms and cloud based environments, with the ability to support website administration and enhancement efforts.
Proficiency using project tracking applications, ticket management systems, and tools that support workload planning and prioritization.
Knowledge of accessibility standards, usability principles, quality assurance practices, and content oversight methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements while working effectively with technical teams and service providers; proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint required.
