The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for independently creating and managing effective social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, support product launches, and drive customer engagement. This role involves developing content, monitoring social media platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to align with the brand’s goals. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and relevant social media content
• Manage campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, product launches, and customer engagement
• Monitor social media channels and audience feedback
• Report on analytics to assess campaign performance
• Engage with the audience to foster community and brand loyalty

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in social media marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Proficient with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Experience with Google Analytics and SEO
• Knowledge of paid social advertising
• Strong data analysis skills
