About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for New Business to lead the transformation and scaling of its sales engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for new logo acquisition, pipeline management, and revenue performance, with a focus on mid-market accounts and above. This role demands a leader with a strong track record in new business, deep expertise in the ad-tech ecosystem, and experience in AI-driven sales. The VP will work closely with the executive team to shape commercial and go-to-market strategies, design scalable sales motions, and ensure the team is equipped to leverage AI tools for increased sales effectiveness. Hands-on leadership, a metrics-driven approach, and the ability to partner across the customer lifecycle are essential. Applicants for the VP of Sales, New Business role at the company should have at least 12 years of relevant sales experience, with a minimum of 6 years in a senior leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to grow new business, particularly in the mid-market segment, and a deep understanding of both brand and performance marketing. Experience in leading a multi-level sales organization, a metrics-led style, and a strong focus on coaching and team development are also key requirements.
