A growing commercial real estate investment firm in the Carmel area is hiring a Property Accountant for its small in-house accounting team. Role Scope Full ownership of the accounting cycle, not a single narrow function Accounts payable and invoice coding Cash receipts Month end close Regular contact with tenants, vendors, and property managers What They're Looking For Strong foundational accounting skills with real command of the financial statements Comfort owning the full cycle rather than one isolated task Someone who thrives in a small, collaborative company where everyone pitches in Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred Experience with a property accounting system such as Yardi, MRI, or RealPage is a plus Real estate accounting experience is welcome but not required; the company is glad to teach the property side to a strong accountant #J-18808-Ljbffr
