Senior Software Engineer

Role Description

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

• Interact with business users, I/T and customers to define application requirements
• Write the code and review the code of the engineers
• Involved in critical and complex technical discussions
• Prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requirements

Qualifications

• 8+ years of development experience
• Experience with Cobol, JCL
• Experience with Control M on z/OS
• Experience with DB2
• Proven ability to work independently
• Proven ability to lead/guide the team
• Proven solid analytical and self-learning skills and desire to learn new technologies
• Proven great attitude and the passion and persistence to solve complex problems
• Proven exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people

Requirements

• Experience with Integrated Eligibility and Healthcare domain
• Solid knowledge of DB2, JCL, Product batch support and Mainframe Technologies

• Salary range: $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment
