Transportation Practice Leader

Senior transportation and civil engineering leader responsible for developing and managing roadway, highway, streetscape, and transportation infrastructure opportunities throughout New York City. The individual will be expected to leverage extensive public-sector relationships to grow design revenues and expand the firm's market presence. Ideal Background 15+ years of transportation engineering and project delivery experience. Significant leadership role within NYCDOT, NYC DDC, MTA, PANYNJ, NYSDOT, or a major transportation consulting firm. Strong understanding of NYC transportation procurement and capital program delivery. Established network of agency decision-makers and industry partners. Key Responsibilities Lead business development and client engagement efforts across NYC transportation agencies. Pursue and secure civil, highway, roadway, complete streets, and transportation design projects. Manage strategic client relationships and key account development. Mentor project managers and build transportation engineering staff. Support proposal development, interviews, and contract negotiations.
