Program Management Analyst

Salary: $78,000 - 118,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• We seek at least 5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, business operations, or a similar field.
• We look for strong strengths in organization, planning, and prioritization.
• We need experience gathering, managing, and ranking user requirements.
• We expect excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• We value experience coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• We need the ability to support several initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• We require the ability to obtain or already hold a Secret Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
• We require the ability to successfully complete a drug test and background screening.
• Preferred: active Secret clearance or higher.
• Preferred: experience supporting DoD, Air Force, or other federal government programs.
• Preferred: familiarity with Agile project management methods.
• Preferred: experience supporting enterprise technology, digital transformation, or modernization efforts.
• Preferred: working knowledge of ServiceNow or comparable workflow management platforms.

• We support program execution across multiple modernization initiatives.
• We gather requirements and convert them into technical execution.
• We track project schedules, action items, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to keep work on course.
• We coordinate activities among government stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.
• We facilitate meetings, working groups, and stakeholder discussions.
• We assist with user onboarding and operational transition activities.
• We support data governance efforts and cross-system integration work.
• We develop executive-level briefings, reports, and program documentation.
• We ensure project activities align with strategic program objectives and lines of effort.
