Vice President, Global Environmental Health & Safety

Revolution Medicines seeks a Vice President of Global Environmental Health & Safety to establish and execute enterprise-wide EHS strategy across its growing pharmaceutical operations. This senior leader will oversee governance, compliance, and risk management across research, commercial, and international operations as the company scales globally.

Responsibilities

• Define global EHS vision, multi-year strategy, policies, and operating model aligned with company growth
• Lead EHS due diligence and compliance planning for new office openings and international expansion
• Develop scalable occupational health and safety programs for worldwide workforce and field teams
• Integrate EHS risk into enterprise risk management, business continuity, and capital planning
• Serve as principal EHS advisor to executive leadership and Board on material risks and regulatory trends

Requirements

• Senior-level EHS leadership experience in global pharmaceutical or life-science companies
• Expertise in occupational safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated success building EHS programs across multiple countries and regulatory jurisdictions
• Experience with facility design, permitting, and operational launch for new sites
• Strategic capability to integrate EHS into enterprise risk management and board-level governance
• Track record managing global workforces including field-based and remote employees
