We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated  Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys helping people and thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Position Summary

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience. You’ll greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with administrative tasks, and help keep the clinic running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Verify insurance information and assist patients with paperwork
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records
• Communicate effectively with doctors and staff regarding patient needs
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
• Help create an exceptional experience for every patient, every visit

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous receptionist, medical office, chiropractic, dental, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
