We' re currently seeking a dedicated Licensed School Speech-Language Pathologist ($58-65/hour) to support students in the Yelm, WA area for the school year.

Job Details:

• Full-time, in-person position
• Caseload: 45-50 students
• School Year Dates: Sept. 9th, 2026- June 16th, 2027
• Setting: Elementary, Middle, or High School

Role Overview:
As an SLP, you will develop and implement individualized education/treatment programs for students whose ability to communicate has been impacted by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Select and administer appropriate tests for a full range of speech/language disabilities
• Implement speech/language programs and maintain data collection system.
• Provide information to parents, teachers, school staff, consult with physicians, community agencies and others.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional material and provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student.

Qualifications:

• Master s degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Language Pathology
• Washington SLP license
• WA State ESA Certificate
• Successful experience working with children is preferred
