Material Handler / Forklift Operator
People Plus is hiring a Material Handler / Forklift Operator for a manufacturing facility in Princeton, KY. This role supports production by safely moving parts, operating a forklift, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Pay: Starting at $15/hour
Schedule:
- Shifts may change based on business needs
- Must be available to work weekends
Job Duties:
- Move, place, and log parts into containers and systems
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and work procedures
- Maintain good housekeeping and report safety concerns
- Support continuous improvement and team operations
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and flexibility with shifts
