Operations Specialist I

Purpose The Operations Specialist I will perform legal support tasks and be responsible for entering data into firm databases. Knowledge of foreclosure process is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a high-volume work environment and will have the ability to adapt to change easily. Duties & Responsibilities Work with a team and individually to perform legal support tasks as directed by supervisory staff; Review and enter data accurately into several database systems; Prepare case documents and other legal forms for client review or court filing; Process cases and assist attorneys and managerial staff with managing case files; Comply with firm and client compliance and timeline requirements. Job Requirements Previous Foreclosure experience preferred. Prior data entry experience. Ability to work quickly, accurately and with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Must be punctual and have good, consistent attendance. Must be a team player and willing to offer assistance when required. Must use good judgment and be courteous and tactful in communication with clients and employees/supervisors.
