Our busy Chevrolet dealership is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and being part of a high-performing service department - we want to talk to you.What You'll Do:
- Greet guests promptly and professionally in the service drive
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
- Clearly explain recommended services and repairs
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines
- Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep guests updated throughout the repair process
- Deliver a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience
- Maintain strong CSI and retention levels
What We're Looking For:
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (Chevrolet or GM experience is a plus!)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
