Remote Global HR Business Partner & Talent Strategist

KnowBe4 is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner (Global Functional Lead) to define talent strategy for assigned functions across a matrixed global model. You will own the talent agenda, organizational design, and leadership coaching, partnering with Regional HR Leaders to deliver a consistent employee experience worldwide.
The role requires 10+ years HR, strong diplomacy, Workday proficiency, and ability to align global programs with local realities. Remote positions open to the US.
