Treasury Management Operations Specialist I Job Category : Treasury Management Ops Requisition Number : TREAS003785 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Description Summary : Dime Commercial Bank (Dime) is currently hiring for a Treasury Management (TM) Operations Specialist I at its Headquarters in Hauppauge, Long Island. The Treasury Management (TM) Operations Specialist I is responsible for risk mitigation for the TM customers. Additionally, the role onboards the commercial customers to the various TM products and account analysis. Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, and location. This is not a remote role. Responsibilities : Onboard commercial customers with products such as ACH Origination, Online Wire Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Remote Official Check Printing, Account Sweeps, Check Positive Pay and ACH Positive Pay. Responsible for risk mitigation of TM products. Onboard and maintain account analysis customers. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Qualifications : Minimum 4 years’ retail banking experience. Knowledge of TM products recommended. Knowledge and compliance of banking regulations recommended. Transactional underwriting knowledge recommended. Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work both independently and efficiently. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be organized, detail-oriented; exhibit flexibility and willingness to work at rapid pace. Must comply with all state and federal regulations.
