Scale Sales Teams Remote Sales Position

Scale Sales Teams is expanding its fully remote Sales organization with a full-time opening supporting the Dallas, TX city team. This role is designed for sales professionals who are comfortable leading thoughtful conversations, identifying what a prospect actually needs, and helping qualified buyers evaluate the right path forward.

The position focuses primarily on prospects who have already shown interest in learning more about our services. You will work within an existing client-acquisition operation rather than relying primarily on starting every opportunity through cold prospecting.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Leading scheduled sales conversations through Zoom and phone
• Understanding a prospect's objectives, challenges, and current business situation
• Evaluating fit and helping qualified prospects understand an appropriate solution
• Handling questions and objections with clarity and professionalism
• Following up with active opportunities as appropriate
• Maintaining accurate CRM information and organized pipeline notes
• Contributing toward individual and team performance objectives

The sales team operates with established processes, sales frameworks, lead-generation infrastructure, AI-assisted marketing and prospecting systems, ongoing support, and access to pre-scheduled qualified appointments.

This structure is intended to keep capable sales professionals focused on the parts of the process where human judgment and communication matter most: understanding the prospect, identifying problems, creating trust, navigating concerns, and helping qualified buyers make informed decisions.

We are looking for people who can work within a defined process while still having natural, individualized conversations. The ability to stay productive without constant supervision, accept coaching, take responsibility for results, and consistently improve is important in this remote environment.

Previous experience selling remotely can be valuable, but it is not the only factor considered. Communication skills, accountability, work ethic, coachability, competitiveness, and a performance-oriented mindset are also meaningful indicators of fit.
