Customer Service Advisor – Join Our Team! Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor. This role may be full or part time with pay ranging from $20 to $28 per hour. What We Offer Competitive pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Closed evenings and Sundays to support work‑life balance Four paid holidays What You’ll Do Greet and engage customers in‑store and over the phone Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services Provide customers with accurate quotes, including cost and time of completion, and deliver updates throughout the day on the status of their services Perform routine vehicle services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top‑offs, and inspections Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred ASE Certification; obtain one within 6 months of employment (test fee refunded by employer) Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #J-18808-Ljbffr
