Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with menu planning and costing.
- Ensure preparation methods and presentation meet recognized catering standards.
- Manage kitchen staff effectively, implementing training and development programs.
- Maintain a presence in all food service areas to uphold catering standards.
Additional Duties:
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.
- Liaise with the events team to coordinate upcoming events and catering needs.
- Exceed client requirements and expectations in all aspects of service.
