Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager who leads with integrity, values their team, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment

Strong leadership and communication skills
Professionalism, integrity, and accountability
A genuine care for team development and culture
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and guest satisfaction through strong daily operations
Create a positive and supportive work environment for team members
Support both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations to maintain quality and consistency
Coach and develop team members
P&L and KPI management
Maintain high operational and hospitality standards throughout the restaurant
