HR COMPLIANCE & LEAVE SPECIALIST

POSITION SUMMARYThe HR Compliance and Leave Specialist administers and ensures compliance with employee leave and accommodation programs, including FMLA, ADA, short-term disability, PWFA, and other protected leaves of absence. This role manages the end-to-end leave process, supports the interactive accommodation process, and provides guidance to employees and leadership while ensuring adherence to applicable federal and state regulations.This role will also provide critical administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, including personnel records management, recruitment support, and HRIS-related activities. The position ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while delivering timely and professional service to employees and internal stakeholders.
