Equipment Operator Requirements

• Experience operating heavy equipment, including skid steers, excavators, and bulldozers
  
• Valid CDL required
  
• Previous construction or site-development experience preferred
  
• Ability to safely operate equipment in an active construction environment
  
• Strong attention to safety and job-site procedures
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  
• English- and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome
  

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate skid steers, excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment
  
• Perform excavation, grading, and material-moving activities
  
• Support storm utility installation and site-development work
  
• Assist with retaining wall construction
  
• Load, move, and place materials as directed
  
• Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
  
• Follow project plans, instructions, and job-site safety requirements
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members
  
• Perform additional construction duties as assigned
