If you're someone who believes in showing up with integrity, working collaboratively, and driving positive change, you'll feel right at home here.Let's grow together at Willow Bridge.ResponsibilitiesManage the front desk and office areaPlan/attend Resident eventsFollow up with residentsProvide miscellaneous services and information to residents at their request, as well as assisting prospective residents, vendors, contractors and visitors as needed.Conduct yourself in a manner representative of the quality of our product. You will be a primary contact between the residents, prospective resident and the company.Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience the highest quality.Respond to complaints, follow-up on work orders, and handle general customer service needs of the property. Responsible for collecting rent and other payments/depositsAccept and disburse Resident packagesQualificationsA high school education or equivalent is required. A college degree or equivalent is preferred.Working knowledge of Word, Excel as well as Internet Explorer. Additional knowledge and comfort with Windows XP preferredExcellent interpersonal, motivational, writing, management and leadership skillsProficient in mathOutgoing, friendly personalityGood organizational skills, follow-up and follow throughUnderstanding and experience with a wide range of property management/accounting softwareMarketing and budgeting experienceAbility to handle multiple tasks at one timeExceptional communication, customer service and people skillsSelf-motivated; can work independently Detail-orientedBasic typing and computer skills including ability to find information on the InternetHotel, hospitality or other service experience a plusThis role MAY require a valid driver's licenseWillow Bridge Property Company offers competitive pay, a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision and 401(k) and opportunities for career development and advancement.
