BCBA Clinic Director Job Duties Lead and support through strong clinical supervision and mentorship of RBTs and BCBAs, offering guidance and consistent supervision. Oversee clinical quality across ABA therapy and autism services, ensuring alignment with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards. Design and implement evidence-based programming rooted in behavior analysis, based on client data and ongoing assessments. Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including staff and client scheduling. Partner with leadership to support growth and development of the New Mexico market. Provide ongoing support and guidance for families to achieve successful programming outcomes. Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires and clinical staff. Provide direct services to clients and their families when appropriate, while maintaining a manageable caseload. Collaborate with other service providers to enhance the client experience. Maintain consistent communication with all treatment team members regarding programming and service delivery. Coordinate with administrative teams (Intake, Payroll, Billing, HR) to support operations and staff success. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and positivity within the team. BCBA Clinic Director Qualifications Active BCBA credential through the BACB Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience Leadership or supervision experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills Ability to complete and pass a background check Reliable transportation for travel as needed Experience working with early intervention populations (ages 1–4 preferred) Demonstrated experience in ABA therapy, autism services, and clinical supervision preferred BCBA Clinic Director Salary $95,000–$110,000 annually based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities available If you need assistance or accommodations to complete this application, please contact us at View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr Perfect Pair ABA
