Registered Nurse - Telemetry Unit

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)

The Registered Nurse will provide care in a fast-paced Telemetry unit, focusing on patients with gastrointestinal conditions, blood loss, anemia, infections, and renal issues. The unit includes telemetry beds for cardiac monitoring and requires floating to other medical/surgical units as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient vitals and cardiac rhythms.
• Administer IV medications and manage patient care.
• Assist in special procedures and provide patient education.
• Document care using EPIC charting system.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• Must have 2 successfully completed travel assignments.
• Current RN license, BCLS certification required.
• Pass EKG Testing prior to start.
