cardiac care Responsibilities - Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on telemetry - Monitor telemetry, interpret rhythm strips, and respond to dysrhythmias and cardiac events

• Administer medications, perform IV insertions and phlebotomy as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, Respiratory, Social Work,

Pharmacy, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Unit Secretary) to coordinate patient care - Document assessments, procedures, medications, and care plans in the charting system; educate patients and families - Respond to Rapid Response/Code scenarios; manage oxygen delivery and non-invasive airway support; follow isolation precautions and PPE protocols Requirements

• Active New York RN license in hand for submittal
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• BLS certification; NIHSS certification also listed
• Telemetry experience with ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Phlebotomy and IV insertion competency required
• Ability to float within scope to similar units; work schedule includes every
