Grand Central Application Analyst III

Overview Position: Grand Central Application Analyst III Location: Remote (EST) with onsite visit 3-4 times a year in NJ Employment type: Full Time/Direct Hire Must 4-10 years of experience as an Analyst with Epic Grand Central and Prelude (must be recent experience) Epic Certified in Grand Central and certified in Prelude both Need a subject matter expert on Grand Central Experience with Epic cadence (used for scheduling) Experience working on an Agile Team with our Inpatient and/or Surgical Services teams Experience working with and configuring bed management, transport/EVS/logistics and security Experience with all: Patient Transport, Bed Planning, Patient and Facility Location Tracking, Environmental Services, Predictive Analytics, Capacity Command Center Very strong with PLF (patient locator record) how to build and understand facility structure—things flowing to hospitals, EVS, major refuels with Optime; minimum 3 years with Grand Central, patient locator—absolute, EVS and transport Strong experience with discovery of workflows, investigation, troubleshooting the system, and handling incidents Very strong with building workflows Plus Day to Day: EHR System Implementation and Support: Configure, customize, and maintain the electronic health record system to align with organizational goals and user needs. Workflow Optimization: Analyze and improve operational and clinical workflows to ensure efficiency and a seamless patient experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinicians, administrators, and technical teams to gather requirements, share best practices, and develop effective system solutions. Patient Advocate: Keep the patient experience at the center of all decisions, ensuring processes are both efficient and compassionate. Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance internal processes, encourage innovation, and promote collaboration across teams.
