We're looking for a *Restaurant Manager* who is passionate about hospitality, energized by sports, and excited to coach great people while building an outstanding restaurant.

*What You'll Do*

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader responsible for creating memorable guest experiences while supporting the daily operation of one of New England's premier sports grille concepts.

*Responsibilities include:*

* Lead shifts with confidence and positivity.
* Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen team members.
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences through genuine hospitality.
* Support labor management, inventory, and food & beverage cost controls.
* Help recruit, train, and retain outstanding team members.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and execution.
* Drive sales through hospitality, leadership, and community involvement.
* Help create an energetic, fun atmosphere where guests and employees love to be.
