About the Role The Assistant Property Manager (age 18+) is responsible for overseeing the safety, wellbeing of the staff and guests as well as responsible for the guests overall enjoyment. This supervisor will help lead a team of property attendants as well as schedule maintenance repairs. This is a seasonal, full-time position starting March 1st. The Assistant Property Manager position reports to the Property Manager. Locations Hiring Son's River Ranch Son's Blue River Camp Son's Guadalupe Son's Rio Cibolo Administrative Duties Helps Property Manager to schedule staff, monitor payroll, and maintain compliance with a payroll budget Participates in the recruitment process and selection of talent for the Property Attendants Helps Property Manager to ensure the completion and proper communication/escalation of maintenance work orders and other concerns to the appropriate department Helps Property Manager in the development and execution of training programs for new hires as well as ongoing training for staff members Creates and schedules daily assignments, daily and weekly projects, and optimizes staff to ensure ground cleanliness and upkeep Conducts daily stand up meetings with property attendants to prioritize the day and facilitates feedback from staff members Assists with maintaining an inventory of property supplies and equipment Helps Property Manager to maintain SDS and inventory for all chemicals Daily Duties Ensures the turnover of all cabanas and outside of glamping cabins on time; verifies stayovers, reports early checkouts and communicates issues and discrepancies with the front desk Maintains accurate property & cabana and exterior cleanliness statuses Provides coaching, encouragement, and recognition to staff members when necessary Inspects cabanas and guest rooms for cleanliness, damage, supply levels, maintenance issues, and temperature control, and reviews results with housekeepers; coaches and drives accountability and performance improvement Ensures storage rooms, trash rooms, and concession trailers are clean, organized, and inventoried adequately for the next day's activities; ensures and promotes safety standards in these areas Leads and mentors property attendant staff daily to ensure guest enjoyment, cleanliness standards and operational efficiencies are met or exceeded Assists with cleaning restroom trailers Manages the restroom trailers by maintaining cleaning inventory and cleanliness process Other Essential Duties Completes required reports on a timely basis Collaborates with park and home office departments Responds to guest inquiries using the company's service recovery guidelines Utilizes and learns the reservation system for daily planning Participates in other projects and activities as assigned Do You Have What It Takes?
