The ideal candidate has a motivated attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients in a sales setting. A degree with general business courses is helpful but not mandatory. Responsibilities While developing prospects and selling Shelter products in your agency will be your main focus, you may also have the opportunity to bring on staff to help with administrative duties and improve your sales.
