As a Protégé, you'll work alongside experienced insurance professionals while receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and support. You'll learn how to build client relationships, identify insurance needs, recommend coverage solutions, and grow a book of business. Responsibilities

• Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage needs.
• Educate clients on insurance products and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotes and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support policyholders.
• Participate in training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities.
• Learn agency operations, sales strategies, and business development techniques.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications
