Assistant ManagerIf you are interested in working in a fun & energetic environment while helping others become more health-conscious, Smoothie King is the place for you!Smoothie King is the nation's oldest retailer of nutritional smoothies, vitamins, and nutritional supplements.The Assistant Manager is responsible for all operations of the Smoothie King, including the following:Learn all franchise policies and ensure the store is following the policiesLearn all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and work on the line when necessaryHire all employeesSupervise all employees, including Team Members and Team LeadersWeekly financial reporting to the Smoothie King corporate officeWeekly employee schedulesOrder food and suppliesWear an "owner's hat" when running the storeWe believe each day is filled with promise and possibility.
