Assistant Property Manager - Tax Credit

Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced project-based section 8 tax-credit APM to join a tax credit apartment community. This position may require some weekend coverage.
REQUIREMENTS:
Project-based tax credit experience
Affordable Housing Experience
LIHTC Experience
Knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing
Reliable transportation—attendance and punctuality are imperative
Working knowledge of the community and floor plans to successfully convert tours to leases
Ability to process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents
In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies, and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous Tax Credit/LIHTC experience
Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus
Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
Friendly, energetic, and great people skills
Ability to work weekends is a MUST
All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.
