Product Manager

Essential Functions:Collaborates with management to establish strategic plans and objectivesImplements functional strategy and contributes to the development of organizational policiesDevelops sound mechanical, pre-clinical, and clinical data of scientific merit on all technologies developedPerforms and maintains a market analysis for each assigned product segment to identify new offerings and line extensionsCreates and manages a project plan for each project in conjunction with the engineerLeads coordination and documentation of project team activities including: kick- off meetings, design review meetings, verification/validation and cadaver lab utilizationDevelops marketing plans for each product introductionForecasts and oversees inventory management for all projectsEnsures timely and high-quality documentation of DHFs, DMRs, and DHRs for each project according to the company’s quality policy and regulatory bodiesDevelops technique guides, product literature, brochures, sales binders, and other sales support collateralPartners with operations and purchasing to source products through company supply chainAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your roleRepresents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third partiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities toperform these essential functions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of related experience; or Master’s Degree and 3 years of experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced project management skillsExperience with new product introduction and lifecycle managementAdvanced critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in using Microsoft Office productsAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeOur Values:Our Life Moves Us philosophy is built on four values: Passionate About Innovation, Customer Focused, Teamwork, and Driven.Passionate about Innovation: Improving patient care by delivering advanced technology to our customers is at the core of what we do.
