What you will do: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Commercial Sales Offices nationwide Process customer orders and manage them throughout their lifecycle Answer incoming inquiries from Sales Offices regarding order changes, expedites, product returns, and other general inquiries Research and resolve any customer issues Work cross‑functionally with sales offices, product management, factories, finance, scheduling, logistics, and shipping to meet customer requirements Proactively keep current on product knowledge and customer service standards Use problem‑solving skills to improve processes What you will bring: Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside or outside sales, preferably in an industrial environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to handle difficult situations while remaining professional and courteous Ability to build strategic relationships across functions of an organization Ability to identify process‑improvement opportunities and take initiative to implement them Willingness to actively seek and apply new knowledge, assimilate information quickly, and contribute to a culture of learning Compensation Annual base salary range: $23.27 – $25.95 per hour (hourly). No incentive, commission, or sales commission eligibility. Compensation is competitive and may vary by seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
