We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service-related issues and offer solutions to our Commercial Sales Offices.Thrive at work and at home:· Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you *and* your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – WE DARE TO CARE!· Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.· 401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution. · Paid time off, including in support of volunteer and parental leave needs. · Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.· Learn more about our benefits !Where is the work:On-site in Fort Smith, AR.**What you will do:*** Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Commercial Sales Offices nationwide* Process customer orders and manage them throughout their lifecycle* Answer incoming inquiries from Sales Offices regarding order changes, order expedites, product returns, and other general inquiries ·* Research and resolve any customer issues ·* Work cross-functionally with sales offices, product management, factories, finance, scheduling, logistics, and shipping to meet customer requirements* Proactively keep current on product knowledge and customer service standard work* Use problem solving skills to improve processes**What you will bring:*** Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.* 1-3 years of experience in customer service, inside and/or outside sales, preferably in an industrial environment* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) ·* Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills* Must show the ability to handle difficult situations while remaining professional and courteous ·* Must demonstrate the ability to build strategic relationships across functions of an organization* Must exhibit the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and take initiative to implement them ·* Must actively seek and apply new knowledge, assimilate information quickly, and contribute to a culture of learning**Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:**$23.27 - $25.95**Compensation Type:**Hourly**Incentive Eligible:**No**Sales Commission Eligible:**No**Disclaimer**: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
