Business Office Manager (BOM)
Oasis Nursing and Rehabilitation of Green Valley
Responsibilities
- Manage resident billing, collections, and accounts receivable
- Oversee Medicaid, Medicare, private pay, and insurance processes
- Maintain accurate financial and resident records
- Supervise business office staff and daily administrative operations
- Coordinate admissions financial paperwork and resident trust accounts
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies
- Work closely with leadership, residents, and families regarding billing inquiries
- Previous experience in skilled nursing/long-term care required
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and insurance billing
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
