Your Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Continue engagement with leads to nurture their interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Enjoy commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your leads
