Your Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluation
• Provide follow-up communication to sustain interest and assist in the hiring journey
• Keep precise, updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you arrange, interviews conducted, and hires made from your engagements
