Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates leveraging our unique platform and your personal network
• Reach out to potential candidates, enlightening them about MLR opportunities and assessing their interests
• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth assessments
• Follow up with leads to sustain engagement and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep our applicant tracking system updated and accurate
• Earn commission for meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your referrals

Compensation Structure
