• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
• Follow up with prospects to nurture their interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you facilitate, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your referrals
