Your Responsibilities

• Organize appointments between candidates and our recruiting team for comprehensive screenings
• Maintain contact with leads to encourage interest and assist throughout the hiring process
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews resulting from your outreach, and the hires stemming from your leads
