Your responsibilities include:

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates utilizing our unique platform in conjunction with your personalized network
• Reach out to potential candidates to introduce MLR's exciting opportunities and assess interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and facilitate the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings facilitated, interviews completed, and hires sourced from your leads

What you need to succeed:

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, self-directed attitude you dominate your day; it doesn't define you

Your compensation:

This is a performance-driven, commission-only position. This means there is no limit to your earning potential and no cap on your success. You will earn income based on actual value created:

• Commissions for each qualified meeting you arrange
• Additional compensation when interviews derive from your outreach
