Your responsibilities include:

• Reach out to candidates to share MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule meetings between candidates and recruiters for comprehensive screening
• Maintain candidate interest and assist throughout their hiring journey by following up
• Keep precise and timely records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews held, and successful hires derived from your efforts

Requirements for success include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation structure:

• Earn commissions for all qualified meetings you organize
