Your Responsibilities

• Engage potential candidates, introducing them to MLR opportunities and assessing their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our screening recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist candidates throughout their hiring journey
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records on our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires originating from your leads
