Your role includes:

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our innovative platform and your own connections
• Contact potential candidates to introduce them to MLR opportunities and assess interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with prospects to foster interest and aid their hiring journey
• Ensure thorough and updated entries in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings arranged, interviews held, and hires stemming from your efforts
