Your Responsibilities

* Utilize our proprietary platform, coupled with your personal network, to identify prospective healthcare candidates

* Reach out to potential candidates to share MLR's opportunities and assess their interest

* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations

* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and guide them through their hiring journey

* Keep detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews facilitated, and hires secured from your leads
